Food Citizen is a Singapore social enterprise that runs workshops and community programmes using food as a starting point to explore topics such as composting, edible gardening, seed saving, food rescue and healthy living. Its sessions are led by a network of practitioners, including gardeners, compost makers, chefs and educators, and are offered to schools, organisations and individuals. Surplus earnings go towards educational resources, neighbourhood regeneration projects and related causes.
